Both of these are relatively stable—that is, our life changes, and our mood fluctuates, but our general happiness is more genetically determined than anything else. The good news is, with consistent effort, this can be offset. In other words, you have the ability to control how you feel—and with consistent practice, you can form life-long habits for a more satisfying and fulfilling life.

Be curious

Children are known for their curiosity. They are interested in the world around them, and are full of questions. There are several steps you can take to become more curious: No.1 is following your interests. No.2 is asking questions. No.3 is knowing the benefits of curiosity.

Be simple

All designers say simplicity is important, but what does it really mean to make something simple? Most of the time we think it means less, that by removing stuff we achieve simplicity. But simple doesn’t mean “less”. A better definition would be “just enough”.Oops, I may have oversimplified there…Have a single core idea & Improve clarity over time & Use consistency

Be better

I love the idea that no matter where I go or what I do, whether the waves are gentle or unkind, what I’ve learned stays with me forever. I find it incredibly inspiring that in one year, or five, or ten, I could be a better person than I am today — wiser, more compassionate, more skilled, capable of greater good.
